Lets see... flip the compressor switch, wait for 5 psi, flip the lever, flip the other lever to water, push the button, push the other button. Go into the water.
Too many steps. I’d bet someone forgot to flip something. Perhaps the bi lge pump?

I think it lost a plug or something wasn’t right with it initially. My buddy said he checked the Amphicar but was told the hobbycar was good to go. Whooops
